We've had that before and players have started the next game. Suspect we're keeping things quiet because of transfer window. There's been no training photos or anything from the club this week. We don't appear to be rushing to bring another midfielder in so I'd assume it's not serious.. Might get an idea when we see who starts for B team tomorrow!
Hope you are right and he’s playing,We need Baptiste along with Vitaly to be available with the tough schedule ahead.

I took it that by some time he meant more than 2 weeks, however this may have to be pushed forward with the CN injury.
Quote. Words from Rasmus suggesting they recognise he'll need time to get up to speed "He will need some time to adapt to English football, but he has all the physical attributes to do well here."
I don't think we'll push him even if Norgaard is out, certainly not for Saturday v Coventry. We should be on the front foot for that one and we can cover with what we have despite some losing their sh*t and suggesting we have no options at all. Sheff Wed and Stoke away may be a different matter and if CN is out then maybe we should look to try and get him ready for those (at least on the bench). Reckon he will get some game time tomorrow..

Whilst I don't have any major issues with any of Jensen, Marcondes and certainly JDS on an individual basis, I hope I don't see them again as a midfield 3 unless they're the only 3 fit midfielders we have!

they are! I think it very much depends on who we're playing. Absolutely no issue with that 3 playing against a side who are basically sitting back, which is what I'd expect on Saturday. Different kettle of fish against a side like Preston or Stoke who are likely to be in our faces. We've got to go for a somewhat horses for courses approach this season, we've got 7 games in the next 3 weeks so we're going to have to mix and match a bit to get the best results.

You can see the talent is there, strong and a couple of really good passes. Given our options he needs to start in Sheffield.

Very promising. Jonnie on the spot, just like Christian, good feet, and looks like he sprays a good un a swell.

....at last....not now just relying on CN as our 'presence' in the middle of the park...great stuff.

He’s a footballer, great debut. I hope he can start on Wednesday Stoke will be a tough nut to crack. He’ll add a bit of skill and guile in midfield.

If EM is injured ( had a decent game I thought) VJ could well start Wednesday. TF seems to have faith in him.

Was well impressed with him.. Looks v confident on the ball and strong/quick too, some lovely passes, not the obvious 2 yard pass either. Didn't particularly have to get stuck in so will be interesting to see if he's got that side to his game as well but v promising. Big lad too which will help with defending set pieces etc. Imagine we'll still want to ease him in a bit but would be confident in him starting after that..

Very good debut. Will look a real player when he has 4 or 5 90 minutes under his belt.

Not really tested today with any real pressure on the ball from Cov. But definitely looks a prospect - and exactly the sort of player we need as an understudy to CN.

I was just going on what Phil Giles said when he signed, pleased he had a good debut! 👍🏻👍🏻
Ignore anything he says. His knowledge of football is clearly.....limited. 😇

Exciting little cameo for him today, looked comfortable on the ball, got around well, obviously will be much tougher tests ahead but looks like we could have unearthed another little gem here.
