Having seen you normally only post fact on the GPG in the past and not conjecture and speculation with relation to MW, this is a very interesting post.
It would be more interesting if he filled in the dots.

If he is trusted by MB then why would he? I'm guessing he's posted that to try to reassure us, but he isn't going to give anything away. That's what the press release is for.

Spot on. Have faith and chill folks.

I am sorry all, but MW has stated that he is happy for quality players to come in to improve the squad at any time, what is this row about exactly.

Is it about MW lying publicly and this isn't the case ?

Or is it about MW not agreeing with FMP players identified will improve the squad?

I think it's down to those pesky kids, otherwise they would of got away with it.

I suspect most of your (and all of our)questions will be answered in the next 48 hours at the most.

I think a more pressing issue is why Gary Linekar still has that goatee. It is ruddy horrible!

Bees United appointed GD and MB appointed CC. I was on the board at the time of the CC appointment and I understood why MB would want a chairman he saw everyday and someone with whom he is comfortable. Whether that leads to good governance or not I wasn't sure but 'poor governance' and possibly the lack of a truly independent chairman to advise the owner becomes more obvious in times of difficulty.

I think that's what I was inferring!

I don't see many posts about how gutting the disastrous and upsetting shenanigans of the past week have been for the team and especially the supporters, some of whom have supported the club for over 50 years, through thick and thin and hopefully very many more younger fans who will support the club for the next 50 years or more, long, long after todays personalities will no longer have ties with our beloved club. We deserve better and at least a definitive statement from the club (Chairman) about what is going on,to steady the boat, before we spiral down the league.

If half of what we are seeing on the GPG is true it seems this could all be resolved in short order. Simply reorganize the footballing responsibilities to meet the board’s (owner’s) requirements. Tell the supporters what this is in a short statement to them, which can be used as a Press release also. Then get on with the new direction of BFC and say a little prayer that it will work. And wonder why it wasn’t done last week.

So what could it be? a 5 year deal, a new sleep coach, free kick coach and a loan deal of a top striker with a view to being signed permanently in the summer....
There's a truck with a Portakabin on it parked in Braemar Road...

If the dead ball coach just showed the players a video of our corners we wouldn't need a sleep coach.

I don't understand. If Apinae has seen "if Carling did Press Releases...." then why can't we see it? Makes no sense whatsoever.

I read it as a change of heart, we know he is good buddies with Warbs and obviously close to MB, "Carlsberg" means very good nowadays since the adverts have taken off, I presume we have some good news coming or I am thinking too much, if not I would find that a weird post?

My point is why do we have to wait until tomorrow to see this press release? If it all great news then the (now hours old) drafted press release can be stuck up on the BFC website!

Never underestimate how useless the clubs PR strategy is, and has always been.

Apinae seems to have stayed abreast of the threads and is known to be close to the powers that be, I think his post is indicative of positive news to come. If not he would have clarified by now I reckon.

Sit tight, if we have nothing by this time tomorrow we can lynch him! ;)

Warbs has said that next week with players back he will have players back who won't be in the 18, and his loyalty is showing forth, but I wonder how many
of them deserve to be in a squad that the owner hopes to get into the Premier League?

Don't know but I seem to recall when that lot by the river bought their way out of League 1 in the 90s they spent big to get out of that league jettisoned most of that team and spent big to make the next step

Warbs will have agreed to get in loans from Champions League level to reignite our promotion chances.

He'll also be getting in a free kick coach who'll turn Jota into a 20 goal a season midfielder.

Finally a zzzzzzzzzz coach will be met with Warbs approval as well and all players will get a 5-10% boost to their game. Their partners may not be so pleased though... zzzzzzzzzz...

Perhaps not quite that positive, more like MB isn't walking or MW is staying for the time being, or generally that the club isn't about to implode!

Carlsberg is Danish company, MB owns Danish team, perhaps we are merging and will move lock stock and barrel to Denmark.

I will go and hide now..........

Seriously although love to have NB enthusiasm over this post I do fear that Nana and Bill are nearer the truth and it was a pisstake on the original statement.
