Anyone else received this email from BFC?

It basically says: We see that you haven't spent £10 to watch a game on iFollow yet, please complete this survey to tell us why.
The survey offers a bunch of reasons to choose from, including quality of the service, quality of the team's performances, technical incompetence, price, watching with someone else. And the one that applies to me and many other overseas fans - Other.

Sooo, do you think it would be acceptable, advisable, or maybe even helpful to put in the "Other" comments:
"Of course I haven't paid £10 to watch a game, I'm a f***ing season-long subscriber. Could you not have checked that before you sent the email, you utter f***wits? Is this the legacy of Kurt or what? I despair of you, BFC."

I got a text off them earlier today, saying to buy a pass for this weekend. Although they heavily referenced the charitable cause so I assumed that was why. Didn't think texting was something they'd start doing...

One of the junior B2B's did - I responded saying that "the kick off times weren't conducive to my location". I should have added 'but if you can sort out deliveries in the club shop I'd consider it....'

Nothing so wrong with a blanket email, always good for business to get feed back. Maybe you just need to make sure you get out the right side of bed in the morning. ☺

Well it didn't make me feel like part of the family, just a source of revenue who apparently isn't spending enough.
