I'd happily take the adult spare but a junior would be no use to me and I'm sure there are a number of people who have already got in their request for a ticket ahead of me, could take the junior and probably more deserving. Let me know if nobody does take you up on the offer. If so, will pay and owe you a pint/lunch/chickpea pie next time you're at BCS

Due to illness have got 1 x adult and 1 x senior (ticket just says concession so I assume can be junior/student etc) unable to attend, only want face and postage covered. Can get them in the post recorded next day delivery, or if coming from the south west I'm close to Jct 20 of the M5/could get into Bristol at a push. Ideally would prefer to sell them together re postage.

If you have received your ticket we request that you send us your Block, Row and Seat numbers on your ticket so we can have it noted down on our system so we can send it over to West Ham to ensure that if any ticket problems that could occur on match day with turnstiles etc, they have a record of which seat you are in and can reprint your ticket for you if needed.
Please reply to this email with your seat details as soon as you can.

Some people got them for the Wolves match. They are supposed to record all the seats and names to send to the away club. It looks like on various occasions they keep forgetting.

Am I missing something here ? You have to be registered to buy tickets. Our club send out the tickets, not West Ham, but they want people to confirm their allocated seats. Surely they already know ??

@Banana and I raised this at a ticketing meeting tonight. They do this for every ticket anyway before putting it in the envelope but sometimes they forget.
They are supposed to send a list to the away club so that you can get in if you lose your ticket. Or if your ticket gets into the wrong hands.
No doubt it would also be used to identity people if there is an incident, but most of the time you wouldn't know they already have that info.

Yeah, you can ignore the email as long as your remember your ticket. However if for any reason you forget your ticket - you have no chance of getting in!
Well the club would always provide it (unless they forget to write it down as they have in your case).
For Liverpool the club had a hotline back to scouseland to check scallies trying it on with the old "The budgie ate my ticket" trick. However, ordinarily it would seem that the home club provides the away club with a list of names and seat numbers ostensibly in case you lose your tickets. So if you do misplace your ticket then you can simply stroll up to the ticket office at any away ground and get a duplicate on the basis that they have your details and seat number.
However there is nothing to stop the away club using the information for other reasons (as @hobbsy says above) I suppose.

Thanks mate. I’ve got nothing to hide so sent them the requested information, just find the whole thing strange given that in 30 years of watching bees this has never happened before

Long shot................Does anyone have a spare ticket for Sunday? It's for me. I'm a ST holder. Would have bought via the club but was meant to be seeing my son on Sunday up until 2.30pm. My ex wife has told me I can only see him until 12noon so I'll easily be able to make it to the ground now.
I will 100% take it.

Don’t understand why West Ham don’t increase the away capacity even only slightly for games like ours. We clearly have the demand for it and West Ham have now but their home tickets in general sale because unsurprisingly they can’t fill a 60k stadium
