Our squad is now far to big and a number of players need to go out on loan. People like, Reeves, Hayes, Dallas and maybe Dave.

When everyone is available no argument but last weekend we didn't have a left sided forward or someone who could tackle properly in midfield.

Reeves and dallas have both played in recent games so one would argue w need them here at the moment. Hayes seems to be having an issue with the club so I expect and exit strategy is in place, but who would really want him? Dave in most peoples opinion should be playing ahead of reeves so we can't shift both out.
Quite a few of the players brought in are development players so I expect the management team will make judgement calls on when they think it is better or more appropriate to put one out on loan instead of playing in our development squad on a case by case basis.

I dont think we need to panic to get players out on loan with no real reason. Dave just signed a new contract.

We'd better circulate that Button, Lee, McCormack, Bidwell, Barron and Douglas are available, as well.

Our squad is not too big whilst we have so many injuries. Reeves played last saturday for goodness sake. Dave and Dallas also in last saturdays squad and both played previosu tuesday. We need everyone fit and out of JPT before too many go out on loan and probably Norris Adams & Clarke more likely candidates along with Hayes.

Think Norris and Clarke could benefit from regular football as both have something about them and could have a reasonable future

Of the remaining players it is difficult with injuries and the different options that they can give. With everyone fit and performing to maximum potential then could see: Bonham, Dallas and Reeves being sent out to get game time

When?

When we have players back from injury I'd assume.

Hayes I wouldn't be surprised to go soonish although depends what the situation with him is.

Reeves won't go out on loan anywhere until Douglas and McCormack are both back and match fit.

Bonham won't go anywhere until Buttons suspension is over and Lee is back from injury.

It's really not rocket science. We started well, got ravaged by injury and had a terrible result at the weekend just gone.

We have now signed up cover to plug some of the gaps created by injuries and will likely sign a keeper on a months loan.

How anyone can moan about having too big a squad with issues we've had this season so far amazes me.

Bonham will go back to the Development squad, he won't go out on loan.

Probably needs some time out of the firing line to work on his decision making and with the coaches and rebuilding his confidence. Hopeully he will come back a stronger and better player next season and be mentally and technically more equipped to push for a first team place. It looks a long way off at the moment but the lad obviously has some talent and hopefully this can be brought to the fore.
