I am puzzled by these reports of Ukrainian signings as no men aged between the ages of 18 and 60 are allowed out of the country whilst the war is raging?
I agree. It is odd. However there were 30ish similar players in Cardiff a week ago.

Could be the first full International Player that the B Team have ever signed then. Perhaps they don't think footballers can drive tanks, or fire rifles, but it is OK for UK citizens to fight in the Ukrainian Army. I remain very puzzled. All men between 18 and 60 are banned from leaving for a reason!
