David Enstone - Good luck

[ChinaBee]

Think it is worth a thread to itself, not hidden in JPT one

Over the years we have had some issues with ticketing and admin but in my mind and reading others on the GPG David has done a great job and I would like to wish him good luck for his future and thank him for the work he has done at BFC

[readingbee]

Where is he going ??

My previous post seems to have been deleted ??

Good luck to you David. You were always professional and courteous.

[Nick Hester]

Amazed that the lad is being 'pushed out' - always seemed one of the most competant, polite and professional bodies we've had in the offices for a long long while.

Good Luck and Thank You.

My previous post seems to have been deleted ??.

Yes, don't plaster details of people's personal life all over the GPG. I've sure if David wants to let the world know what his inside leg measurement are then he will tell everyone himself.

[larrysigny]

Have I missed something? Where was the announcement that he was leaving?

[moribee]

A loss,a guy the club should keep unlike the Spiv that has just arrived

Good luck to you David. You were always professional and courteous.

Mine too.

Yes, a top man with a 'can do', common sense approach who has been instrumental in the club's improved ticketing strategy and service over the last few years.

All the best Dave - and many thanks for all your help!

[Bill Benn]

Good luck, can't believe he's been pushed out Why would the club do that. Oh and who is the so called "spiv"?

[Brickie Chap]

Outstandingly helpful chap, always prepared to go the extra mile. Good luck in the future David and thank you for your assistance whilst at GP.

[stoney04]

Have I missed something? Where was the announcement that he was leaving?

It was in the last programme.

[Nurse Betty]

 Who's doing the ticketing then? David Enstone's name is still on the Who's Who list on the OS.

Good luck, David.

[larrysigny]

It was in the last programme.

Thanks for that - I had to miss the last game.

good bye & good luck :box:

[BoroBee]

Is Tracey coming back then?

[Newbee]

Just a random post... but i'm on the Glamorgan CC mailing list and i've just received an email trying to sell me tickets for the England vs SA ODI in Cardiff (Aug 12). And i saw a familiar name at the bottom of the email as Senior Sales Executive, Ticketing and Membership.............. David Enstone :computer:

[Aberdeen flyer]

The very same man...also David was the supplier of the half time scores that PG would read out...noticeable that nobody else appears to want to do that now...

Why the Club thought it would be a good idea to dispense of his services I will never know.

[Gee Bee]

Why the Club thought it would be a good idea to dispense of his services I will never know.

I was under the impression he has made a career move of his own choice.

:mad2:

i got that too. he has a tough job on his hands at glamorgan, they won't get any more test matches in a hurry thanks to the appalling crowds v Sri Lanka this summer. less than 500 in the ground when we won it, AND ON A BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY TOO!!

Brentford FC are a bigger club than Glamorgan CCC. Discuss.

[Gary Alen]

It's not my position to say....But David did not leave of his own choice....One of the final matters that the last ceo completed was Dave's departure....It's still unclear what his reasons was?
