This guy has started both of Sunderland's league games so far - It would be strange that they want him loaned out.Simon C said:

Les Beeavinu said:That's the one. Did well for Huddersfield. Why would he come South?

northantsbee said:Wouldn't have called him a youth though and unless Sunderland are prepared to pay virtually all his wages i would have thought it unlikely we could afford him![]()
Les Beeavinu said:I can't believe we'd go for a northern striker on loan - doesn't make sense - and I don't think we'd be able to afford any Sunderland players permanently.
It was helped by the fact that his girlfriend lived in West London. Gee Bee said:What if the Northern striker has routes in the South. Didn't we sign BBB from Blackburn? It was helped by the fact that his girlfriend lived in West London.

Gee Bee said:So on the basis that we have had dealings with them before, how about this young lad. Scored well whilst on loan at Wrexham.

Not sure how tall he is though

Streetboy said:Well it's straight from the horse's mouth mate. But of course managers aren't adverse to using the press for their own agendas (ie were we in the market for another keeper or was it a ruse to shelter Clark Masters?). But speculation usually comes from the fact that we are actively looking at somebody, so I'd be more worried if there wasn't any.
So a ball winning, playmaker whose good in the air, holds the ball up well, has a great dig on him and scores the occasional bicycle kick.....Yes please and for the season.bigmac said:How nice would it be to get a Sidwell - Burgess type combo in on loan. Fingers crossed!.

North London Bee said:Forget Chris Brown - earns several £'000's per week and valued at around £400K
Today's Chron says we're talking to at least one club about a target man and speculates about a Premiership youth on loan. Anyone care to venture a guess?
If you read Greg Dykes interview, you will realise that some of the potential targets for BFC from the Premiership were Nicklas Bendtner (who is 6"3 and was part of the original rumours of a new striker) and joined Birmingham on a seaon long loan. He is joined in Brum by fellow teamate Fabrice Muamba, who is a tough tackling midfielder who is tipped to be the next Patrick Veira.
Dyke didn't name Bendtner and he could easily have been referring to Muamba or indeed, I think there is a third gooner at St Andrews on loan.If you read Greg Dykes interview, you will realise that some of the potential targets for BFC from the Premiership were Nicklas Bendtner (who is 6"3 and was part of the original rumours of a new striker) and joined Birmingham on a seaon long loan. So was Steve Sidwell. Even at 18.Yep. Larsson. All 3 players are far too good for League 1.
