Good to see the Beeb cash in on our cup run when it suits them. Remind me who are they showing on Tuesday :rolleyes:. Hope MA tells them off about that.

Don't disagreewith that, but it'll still be GOOD (as aopposed to detrimental) expsoure for the club :sorted:

Yes, me too. I send the Beeb an email complaint about them showing Sheff U again and pointing out that the whole point of the competition was the opportunity for the underdog to have their day and that they had a responsibility to provide television for the whole country, not just Arsenal fans...

Have yet to receive a reply surprisingly...

I asked Adrian Chiles live on 6 o 6 last Sunday to make sure it was on the box!
I tried to get on today to see what went wrong? Asked the bloke who wouldn't put me on air his name today as he didn't see my point and when he gave it to me I explained that his card was marked.
But seriously though, I have a ticket but I can't understand why we are not on.
Allen and Redknap, two exciting chaps head to head but they provide barking mad Warnock and the colourless frog named Wenger who sees nowt and says the same thing after every game!

It was great hearing & seeing our boys getting so much exposure on MOTD 2. Martin seemingly very relaxed. PLEASE beat the Saints Bees!

MOTD2 was great. Strachan and Adrian Chiles said they would wear the Bees ties next week :D

They showed all our goals (apart from HartlePool) from the cup run and Strachan gave us some advice on how to beat the Saints :sorted:

Only got home at about 11pm so missed the main bit but still saw a glimpse at the end of the great MA and heard Sam's new NN nickname ! lol

MA on Match of the Day

I'm suprised no-one has started a thread (that I can see, anyway) about our Glorious Leader's appearance on Match of the Day last night.

As promised, he was nattily attired compared to that slob Strachan. Seemed a little out of his depth being asked for opinions about Premiership players who he appeared not to have seen play for a while. Gave a good account of himself anyway and was asked whether Mourinhno could make as good a go of it at Brentford as MA had, he simply laughed and said "Yes, probably".

"How were we going to prepare for Tuesday's game?" "The same way as always, it's the only way we know how to prepare!"

Made me very proud to be able to watch clips of my team and my manager on Match of the Day - MATCH OF THE DAY FFS!!

He made me laugh when he said John Salako was fined double for wearing a pink tie and didn't call him John either, just 'Salako' lol

Against the grain I know but..........
MA is much better when in control and not sat between two sharp witted people who attempt to end each sentence with a joke. Just not MA's style and he looked on edge.
When asked " Could Mourinho do a good at GP" they wanted no cos he would have to make the players sarnies not "Yes because he is an organiser."
The Jose line was really decent in answer to "do you West London managers get together?"

Nothing new said.
All they wanted to know about was jumping in rivers.

Adrian Chiles annoyed me because he would ask Martin Allen a question and then interrupt him halfway through the answer.

Yeah he's one of those annoying people who asks the question, the other person starts to answer and then he butts in, trying to suggest all these answers - none of which are correct.
