Swop with Tony Craig as he's the type of player Harris would like, battler and understands the Millwall way

He did look decent.I thought he was due to sign a 2 yr extension to his contract at Millwall though?

He hasn't got a very good scoring rate, either at Millwall or when on loan. Looked reasonable against us but we were particularly bad that day.

If we are interested, who is making the moves ? Does this suggest we already have a Director of Football and maybe also a Head Coach lined up ? I don't believe it would be an MB initiative in adavance of the new appointments.

He was OK I thought but aren't we going for bigger cheeses this time round? I note our erstwhile CEO Mr Mills is now head of recruitment at Millwall, and is no doubt charged right now with off-loading as many players as he can, and thus may have something to do with the link...

Millwall have something like only 4/5 players contracted to next season so big changes/ clear-out expected. They have tended to go for unknown talent or lower league/ non league potential but have been relatively unsuccessful at it.

Alot of seasons at Championship level and even a very short spell in Premier League, not sure that is overly unsuccefful consiering their financial restraints in recent years.

Didn't realise Millwall were in the premier league.. when was that?
I know they played in Europe as they finished runners up in fa cup but the top division, must've been asleep...

Rumour on Saturday was we had agreed to sign a German Centre Back, so we could have someone doing this work in the background.

I've a feeling that there's more than MB, a Sporting Director and Head Coach working at the club. I expect that the Analytics Department have a long list with a short list of 'try and get them' from MB handed to the FD.

Apologies not quite premier but just pre 2 seasons top flight 1988 to 1990 us Fa cup final 2004 and many a season in championship level

Marcel Eger might be better second time around (couldn't be much worse!!)

If so then IMO it can only be a new Director of Football.
