Yep, just got a notification on my phone from the Brentford FC app, he's just signed a 2 year deal. What amazing news!

Brilliant news. No need to rush him back then. Full pre-season next year and hopefully he'll be back to something like the player he was.

So that's an attacking midfield of Canos, Jota, and Judge with Sawyers, Clarke, KK and even FloJo as back up...

I agree.

Why risk potentially causing more damage when we want him fit and raring next season. We've technically got nothing to play for this season other than pride. Why risk him.

Brilliant news. Well done BFC and the DOFs and well done Alan. I personally thought I would never see Judge, Canos and Jota in Bees shirts ever again...... what do I know :D

If we keep Jota over the summer that is some attacking midfield we've got there for next season.

If Judge comes back as good as he was,and there is no real reason to think he won't with a decent pre-season under his belt,we are a striker and a defensive midfielder away from being a very,very good side.

Agree 100% with the midfielder - we need one or two there as too often we have been bullied by the bigger boys and injuries/form take their toll.....

As for a striker I think Vibe has enough about him to score 15-20 goals so perhaps just a backup is required (while releasing the Hoff as it just hasn't worked here for him)

Brilliant news about Judge. I agree that Vibe ought to be able to get 15-20 as starting striker with a promising back up to come in. Canos, Jota, Judge as an attacking midfield trio probably have 40+ goals in them. If the more defensive players tighten up, can continue to get the ball up to the front 4 and chip in with a few goals themselves that's more than adequate for a promotion challenge.

Couldn't see it happening but very pleased Judge has signed. Looking forward to hopefully seeing Jota, Judge, Canos and potentially Jozefzoon all in the same line up.

Surprised that his future has been decided before there is certainty over his fitness.

This is either

(a) brilliant news as we will have AJ fully fit and raring to go for next season

(b) a total MB punt on AJ EVENTUALLY playing again but not in the foreseeable future and him signing as it offers him security whilst he hopefully recovers

I always had a feeling that our Judge would sign a new contract.
He is a proper decent bloke who takes time out to chat to the younger fans.
Shame on those who slated him!!

Jota, Canos and now Judge............................ Just to think that there minimal chance of seeing one of them back now we have all three.

Mad isn't it, the prospect of potentially having Jota, Canos and Judge all in the same team again for the start of next season.

As little as 3 months ago, if you'd have predicted that everyone would've laughed you out of here.

Fantastic news, I personally thought I would never see him in a Bees shirt again, so, so glad to be proved wrong and eat a bit of humble pie, what with the new stadium news and now this, what's not to like about BFC, happy days :beer:
