Strange move. He was Player of the Year for the B team last year, and captain too. He also travelled with the first team to Austria for the pre-season training camp. I wonder what’s behind this move?

It looked to me as if there was contact, albeit minimal, but then he threw himself to the ground and stayed there for some time. When he realised that this bit of gamesmanship wasn’t going to help him avoid the second yellow, he promptly got up and walked off, showing no sign of pain or discomfort whatsoever.
