Ashley Hay

[North London Bee]

Ashley Hay has now scored 5 goals in couple of games for the B Team/Under 21s including a hat trick today at Charlton. From what I have seen he looks quick and strong with an eye for goal.

Would anyone like to express a view as to whether he is now developing into a serious prospect or if he is simply helping to make up the numbers.

We could certainly do with a goal hungry, confident striker on the bench on Saturday - or am I dreaming?

Hopefully he has been brought in to just make up the numbers and has the same attitude to that concept as Ryan Trevitt!

When Schade went off injured on Saturday we had no striking options left on the bench. TF might be forced into looking at B team strikers for this weekends game

It was reported that Schade went off with cramp

It was reported by TF though

This feels like NYC all over again.

I wouldn’t get carried away with a hat-trick against 10 men in an U21 competition. The coaching teams may have a more conservative view on a first team appearance.
