You need to make the piccie the right size jockbee, can be done in MSpaint. Or you could post the main image here and almost undoubtedly some friendly computer savvy type would format it into avatar size.

No idea what happened to yours Ayes Bee, must have slipped down the side during the recent service. Maybe try uploading it again, using the link Simon provided.

Avatars should be banned, and indeed are in all right-thinking football Bulletin Board Systems. Unfortunately the antipodeans were charged with looking after graphical representations of others and since then it has gone downhill. Myself and Ed and thinking of cancelling the deal we have with the Convicts and instead using the Slaves. Thoughts are welcome

These slaves you mention- are they going to be forced to accept a mere £100 grand per week like some of those poor overworked and under valued premiershite players?
