Yes, it's a rip off.
Seriously, does anyone know what the prices for home fans in their stand is? There is a league rule that away fans cannot be charged anymore than the home fans for equivalent accommodation. In particular do they offer concessions. Although not a league game it's likely that the same rules will apply as it's a league competion.
Cannot find information from their web site, because at the moment Barnet FC do not appear to have one!!!

The Brook Road is dearer becuase it has a roof and is therefore judged to be better accommodation.

Last time we played there we had the same end and it was uncovered. £12 is a disgrace for an LDV game, I don't think there will be a big attendence.
What with all the away games this month I was kind of hoping for a cheap night.
