My first GP game was a 3-2 against Gillingham, where Micky Droy scored I think. We were 2-1 down with a few minutes to play. Also remember Ian, Ian Go-away was playing.

Not 3-3 though is it?

Preston away 83/84 3-1 up and cruising and it ended 3-3.
We had the weekend in Blackpool.
No sleep from the minute we got there till the train home Sunday night.
A right laugh was had by all.

My first Bees 3-3 Newport home 77/78.
27th December iirc. Cracking game.
My first 3-3 Chelsea v Wolverhampton 1976/77.Big match cameras caught this then 13 year old somewhere he should not have been.
Sorry dad.
One 3-3 I missed. Leeds West Ham December 1981.Arrived in Leeds and made our way to the ground and the rest of the day was spent trying to get to the ground. It did not happen.
I could write a book about that day.

Brentford v Liverpool 2021.
We could all write a book about that day especially if you were at the Wycombe game in 2009.
The last 12 years.
Now that would be a good story.
