I think it's a nice gesture but putting out a BLM shirt should actually achieve something other than symbolism, if the club are serious they need to a. address our own coaching staff to see if we're part of the problem of not offering employment to black coaches considering the disparity in representation of the ratio of amount of black footballers in the EFL vs amount of black coaches/managers. But secondly any shirt like this should have the proceeds go towards charities that support equality for black lives otherwise it's buy a BLM shirt that doesn't support BLM and then give yourself (proverbial) a pat on the back
