Anyone know if the Bees Superstore is actually being manned/open at the moment?

My missus spent ages yesterday, trying to get through and order some stuff for my lads birthday. No reply - just the usual recorded message.

Same again today, so left a message hoping for the stated call back, and nothing materialised.

I'd phone the club obviously but....

I was at GP the Wednesday after the last game and while it was open, there was F all in there apart from a few leftover away tops. Assume they're waiting to take delivery of the new range of Adidas gear.

We were after a fifty quid voucher so my lad can buy the new shirt when it comes out - you can't buy them online or over the phone it seems.

Shame really because if we give him cash he'll spend it before the new shirt's out.

Ordered a few other bits and bobs for his birthday - no discount for ST holders these days "without visual proof".

We were after a fifty quid voucher so my lad can buy the new shirt when it comes out - you can't buy them online or over the phone it seems.

Shame really because if we give him cash he'll spend it before the new shirt's out.

Not quite what you intended, but you could knock up a customised voucher on your PC and give it to him on his birthday - while holding onto the cash until the new shirt's out next month.

Because the shop and the ticket office are 2 seperate things and the Ticket Office can see your account but the shop can't!

I have had a season ticket for years, never got a discount unless been instore, fair enough. Can't see what the issue is. Maybe they should stop the discount as we get enough freebies with our ST's

Disagree - if I get added to a database then the club should know anything about me when I ring up or contact them online. That's pretty much the main reason for using a database. Put it this way - if I can be targeted for selling because I'm on a database then it should also work in my favour if I want to buy.

Rather surprised that a golden opportunity to bring a considerable amount of money in for the club is being either lost or delayed. A dvd of the season is an item that many
supporters will want and hopefully that will be out soon. However, what about other merchandise that could be sold, such as a plaque like we had in 91/92 season showing
the final league table, and badges with our automatic promotion on? So far, there has been no information if anything is to be produced. Come on Marketing Department
at BFC - grasp the opportunity whilst it is still there to do so!

Mark Devlin said the DVD will be out in June, I think they have missed a trick by not having it ready for next week ahead of Fathers Day. Lots of marketing would got a lot sold, what are my children going to buy me now!! Got enough socks and handkerchiefs thanks

Now the 3rd June, and still no news on any items for sale that would celebrate our great promotion season. What is going on with our marketing department?
