Bee Warned..........I bought a couple of Polo's (3XL)............could hardly get them over my head!!................everything else I buy is 3XL and fits perfectly.
Also bought a junior leisure tee for my 10 year old grandson................,it fits my 4 year old grandson (Neither are over weight)...........size.......13/14.............quality is absolute crap.
My two Polo's being returned..........can get better quality at cheaper price.......maybe without the logo.....but fek it........you have lost a customer here Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms Superstore manager!!!

I've just bought 2 however the club shop staff are not well versed in folding and the certain member of staff just stuffed the shirts into the bag...... Not a major issue as I took them out of the bag and folded them myself, but a little care and attention would be nice.

Pity there aren’t any home kits in kids sizes.
My seven year old was very disappointed.
I was informed that more kits should be arriving in the next couple of weeks, but I won’t hold my breath, and it does give me an excuse to deplete the bank account even further
On a side note perhaps a £350 photo of the portacabin should be available as well

I know, I had the same problem for my son. Got him the new away one but wanted both. It’s not very good is it really? We are a Premier League club now and still struggle for stock, sizes etc. It can’t be that difficult can it?Pity there aren’t any home kits in kids sizes.

A Majority of clubs have shirt supply issues. It’s a bigger issue than just us. Read somewhere globally due to covid and lockdowns in the Far East the production of football shirts is a million behind where the orders are.

I understand that there are supply issues at the moment because of (insert excuse here), but it appears an ongoing issue when attempting to purchase kids sizes from the shop.
I was also after a LGBT bees t-shirt, and was told by one staff member that if they weren’t on display they were only available on the website.
When paying for a load of bits I enquired again at the till to confirm this, to be told they were available and he then went off and got one for me.
So good a mixed experience wrapped up in one store trip.
I want to spend money at the store, and support the club but it appears to be hard to so.

In addition to the manufacturing shortages, there's also the problem with container movements from SE Asia, shortage of capacity causing very high costs. On top of that, Felixstowe (40% of UK container imports) dock workers have voted to strike in August...

I've got to say the biggest disapointment for me for the 2nd season running is that the shop is a sea of blue. I get the 2nd kit push, but training wear, polos, the new Bees Collection stuff.
For thelast couple of years I have wanted some casual/training gear in red so I can wear it to support the Bees. For example they had some decent looking polos, but in dark blue......dont want to be wearing that to Stamford Bridge

You miss my point. I am not complaining about the kits, but all the other wear, training, leisure, that is predominantly blue. Was the same as last year

Went to the company that subscribed the matchday programmes last season to renew for this season.
they said it's being done by BFC this season.
Anyone know what the match day programme costs are this season ?
£120 is £6.30 for x10 home league games , plus any home league cup games.
A bit pricey or am I just feeling the economic pinch now ?

£2 + postage for each doesnt see worth it . I will look for on the day and go back to trying not to lose them during the day

And they’ve said they’ll post the day before the match so there’s a chance of it arriving before you go, depending on how far you’re travelling and when your postie normally delivers. That’d be a big improvement on last season when they didn’t arrive until 2-3 days after the game.

It is always very difficult dealing with Brentford on line. Went to buy new away kit on Saturday and no medium or small adult sizes left so decided to order online.
Apparently my password is wrong so I clicked send new password. Logged in ok, when I went to pay but it wouldn’t transact and said this email is already in use. Well of course it is, it is me.
So I went through the password reset again a few times and now I can’t log in as it says email or password is wrong each time,
Was going to order soton tickets later today and I suppose that will just become annoying as well,

Am I right in thinking the warm up kit on sale in the shop (the Leeds one - yellow and white) isn’t the actual warm up kit, as the team were training in red before the game??

Ah, I see. So the shop should be labelling it ‘As Worn By The Bloke Who Sorts Out The Nets’ rather than Premier Training Kit I think
