Martin Allen would be a bad choice because, as much as he clearly loves the club, his style of management only works for a limited period of time. It transpires that this is also the case for Andy Scott.

We need a progressive manager like Dean Holdsworth.

Too much of a risk not enough experiance weve took that chance with A S were now a club with ambition this is a real important stage for this great little club and we need a big name manager

How about Buckle? We still statistically have more chance of being in league 1 next season than his current team do, so it would be a step up for him.

The midfield is the crux of our problem and has never ever been addressed properly by Scott in my mind. They feed the forwards (or should) and give cover to the defence .. the personnel we have on the books currently are not up to the mark.
