I would suggest the Cherries are on a right downer after turning a likely 1-0 victory over Wrexham on Tuesday into a 1-2 defeat, letting in goals in both 87 and 88 mins. I reckon the young ex Bashley boy Wade Eliott will make a start so we had better be on top form. What a smashing player he's going to be. I predict a hard fought 1-0 win and a crowd of 4,400.

Sub-standard preview, in which they reveal their inability to grasp the concept of a draw:
Brentford v Bournemouth
(3pm, Griffin Park)

Tickets: £10-£16 (£3-£13 concs). Tel. 020 8847 2511

Last season: 0-2 (Jorgensen, Robinson)

Top scorers: Brentford: Scott (2); Bournemouth: Fletcher (4)

Recommended pub: The Waggon and Horses (26 Kew Bridge Road)

This should at least throw up a first of some kind. Brentford have yet to record a home victory and Bournemouth are winless away from Dean Court.
VERDICT: NOADES NICKS IT

I predict a 7 goal thriller with us coming out on top (please let it happen!!!!)

Brentford 4 (Partridge, Scott, Williams, Crowe)
Bournemouth 3

attendance: 4,567

Bees v The Cherries

We can't lose to Bournemouth surely, but then again I can't see us winning, so i'm going for 0-0 with an attendance of 4815

Brentford to nick it 2-1.
Oli man of the match just pipping Fletcher of Bournemouth, who will show us what a real target man is like.
Williams to score late on.

Bees v The Cherries

Prediction League stats are saying out of 54 guesses 32 are for us, 5 for them with 17 draws...2-1 being the most popular score.

Bees v The Cherries

1-1 Cherries took lead but Andy Scott has just equalised and this just after 15 mins!. You Bees!

Make it 2-1 Andy Scott again
