Agree. If Rosler wants to succeed he needs to show that he can provide answers to the problems and it's not always about bringing in new players.

I don't know about an enigma, I would say he is not a natural footballer, he doesn't have a footballer's instincts. Instead he has speed.
Harry Forrester has a footballer's instincts, that's what got him on the books of a Premiership club.

Unfortunately [ or was it fortunately] a domestic matter cropped up at the last minute and I couldn't go. I have to say I wasn't really surprised at the outcome. I had said on this Board that I thought this would be a war and not a football match. Sometimes you have to accept that you will be in a battle and play accordingly. That's why there are so many cup upsets-because the professionals don't get their heads right. I don't blame Uwe ,I blame the players. However, as I wasn't there I'm in no position to comment in detail but I'd be surprised if the feedback, when it comes, isn't critical of the players' attitude.

Two home games against non league sides, a pass if ever there was one into the 3rd round and typical bloody Brentford blow it, and people wonder why so many of us pick and choose our games these days. Those ***** wearing the shirt dont deserve paying, never mind support.

is an indicator that the management and players weren't bothered about today

He sems to be able to motivate them when we are away from home? That's not in anyway wishing to defend him as I think he, his staff & the players should be ashamed! They wont be though because they don't care as much as we do!

There is a plus side to all this. We wont be sidetracked dreaming of FA cup glory. We havn't got involved in a replay, we wont have a fixture build up which can really mess up the second half of the season, and the management must now finally realise that we need a goalscorer. If they have not got the message now then I suggest that when they fall some 6000 short of the target 10000 next week then it may finally dawn on them that no matter how good our away form and regardless of our flattering league position the people forking out their £20 odd each week are a little pissed off.

Results like this are what make the FA Cup a great competition. Unfortunately we were on the receiving end. I agree with your outlook. We are 2 points off the playoffs. I'm sure the management know we need a striker
