BEESPLAYER TUESDAY

Brentford v Brighton 7-10.30pm

Join the BeesPlayer team as we preview Brentford v Brighton from 7pm. Luis Melville, Mark Burridge and Sam Wood bring you the team news and look at the prospects in this Nicky Forster's toughest test to date.

Bees Executive Director Alan Bird will be along prior to kick off to give us an exclusive interview and then Mark Burridge along with Alan Denman will bring you the action with full commentary from 7.45pm. Stay with us at half time as we offer analysis and a Npower League 1 round up. Then Billy Reeves will be telling us about his JPT Final single specially commissioned release of Brentford Man, Brentford Woman, Brentford Fan and hopefully we'll be hearing it as well.

At full time full analysis continues and the only place to hear the views of Nicky Forster LIVE after the game is on BeesPlayer along with player interviews. Npower 1 Full times and a look at the table complete the programme.

Again, for those of us who actually attend GP, we're not getting such a good service as those who, for one reason or another can't attend the match. However, we still pay the same subscription (for effectively a poorer service) AND pay for entrance as well. Nobody has had the courtesy to address my previously made point on a similar thread prior to the Notts match, about whether or not it's possible to archive pre and post match interviews for those of us that do attend GP, so we can listen to them too. I know there are the press conferences video'ed. Perhaps the pre match interviews could be video'ed as well so they can be placed on Bees Player.

Sorry your points haven't been commented on before. They have been noted. Recording interviews pre-match might be problematical as the acoustics around us are extremely loud pre match due to the music.

Surely the whole point of BeesPlayer is to provide a service for those that can't get to games? This seems a bit of a strange complaint to me. Why by a bus ticket if you're catching a train? :confused:

There is a way that Bees Player can be recorded, on matchdays. I wont give you any further details as I'm not sure if I'm infringing copyright. Perehaps MarkyBee could enlighten us. Over to you Mark.

* the last bit might actually come under the other thread of "if you tell a lie a few times it becomes the truth to some"

Of course I have no issue regarding the match commentary - I do make use of it for away games I can't get to, and also enjoy the interviews and video highlights etc, and don't mind paying the subscription for those. I just feel that as far as the new feature of interviews before the match, whilst those of us going to the match are in transit, are concerned, we are losing out. I don't know if you have a I phone, whether you would be able to get the pre match interviews. For those of us who still have ordinary mobile phones, we can't get moving images or sound from mobile web sites.

As per my previous post, no need for that, I don't have an issue with the commentary, only the pre and post match interviews which cannot be heard by those 'in transit' to and from the match.

As an exiled Bee I greatly enjoy the newly enhanced program, much better than the old signing off at half time and 1 min after full time. Here's hoping for a decent result tonight, anything less than a tonking will do me. :)

I've been subscribing to Bees Player for 3 years now. It allways was good value but even more so now. I agree with Vcmazz that the people whgo will benefit from Bees Player are the people who for various reasons cant get to games. The service has improved so much this season, I'll have no hesitation in renewing in Augast.

Wouldn't you be? I decided to wait until I believed we were into the last fifteen minutes and then I'd provide an exclusive on the new manager plus the £18k pw Premiership striker lined up. The next thing I know my earphones are being whipped off and I was being escorted away and Markybee was saying 'We need to edit that crap'.

And I missed my boardroom lobster thermador for that treatment. :mad1::banghead:

I am sure you can appreciate how long something like this takes to put together (not the Show on the night), more in connection with the editing of it BP "highlights". I can only talk as a fan but it would be great if subscription levels rise as these are all added extras being put on for listeners to give fans the best match day experience. Hopefully other will want to listen to the interviews as well.
