Yes, would much rather have a manger who plays the youngsters and we finish 15th then play a compeitive first XI and be major players in the promotion race

Blunstone, lovely to have loads of youngsters coming through but all this takes time and, as many clubs will confirm, the number that actually make it is a very small percentage

Rather than getting on your hobby horse just yet lets see what the academy produces before having a swipe at the manager. Agar was a player that has produced at every level and has real talent, lets let our kids develop at their own time and enjoy what we have

will you PLEASE give it a rest. he hasn't had ANY games in which to do this since the last five times you've mentioned it. can you bring it up again next year if there's no improvement? we get your point and we're all so bored of it.

You do realise that Agar has been an Australian u-19 player and also played first class cricket for Western Australia? So he hasn't been plucked from obscurity. He came over here to play on English wickets knowing he would be called up.

As much as its great to see young lads blooded in the Brentford first team, there is a time and place, the management knows when it's right, if they don't achieve the level set for them, then they're not good enough and we'll get in a young loanee from a division or two higher who can play the way the management want.
