Blondie Bus

If you were any of the chosen few to partake in these drunken unofficial coach missions, post your memories here, 'cos I can't remember fook all about most of them!!

Blondie Bus

didnt go on one as we(Braemar on Tour!) use to run a minibus to most aways in those days but remember going past said small coach on the way to stoke in 92 and the black geezer driving(assuming its the same blondie?!)was smoking the biggest looking spliff i've ever seen!!! - gave us a big smile and then had a massive swig out of a can of lager - now thats what i call a driver joining in with the party mood!!
also we stopped off with the coach at a pub just outside stoke and naturally Brentford starting fighting with themselves in said boozer - lawless days eh.....??!!!!!

Ashford Bee. I think I know who you are!

Those Blondie coaches bring back some memories. I organised all of them.
Some memories:-
1. Do you remember when we thought Blondie had been nicked at Bolton only to find that he was asleep at the back of the coach.
2. We used to let the driver (Blondie) win at killer, just to make sure he would stop in ever pub on the route home.
3. The trip to Peteborough was a 52 seater, we were all in fancy dress including Blondie who was brought a Genie costume for the trip. His tip that day must of been £200 plus as much dope as he wanted. Ashford, where you a Jock that day?
4. The fight in Stone was only handbag stuff. All was forgotten about 3 years later.
5. Bernie Watson RIP was on most of the trips and it was amazing that he could spot a pub from 8 miles away.
6. I think a couple of you Ashford bees went missing on a trip to Bristol one day. Can't imagine what you were up to.
7. Blondie used to start Mexican Waves on the coach.

Poor old Blondie then got the sack for allegedly being drunk while driving. He was then replaced by another guy called Junior. He was a miserable ba5tard and even threatened to leave us in a pub 100 miles from home one Saturday night. That was the end of the Blondie era.

They were good times.

Blondie Bus

I remember going on several Blondie trips and also remember the row between Bees fans in a pub near Stoke. Did it have something to do with the sectarian problems in Northern Ireland or something???

I was on the Peterborough coach (Davy Crockett), was anyone else chased through the town centre after a copper sent us to their hoolie pub (Deliberately), we'd only asked hi where we could get a pint.

I remember a Weetabix legging it with me and my mate (Georgian Blackadder) and a few others, I was half shítting it, half píssing myself because of the looks of all the Saturday shoppers.

Ladbroke Grove - I can't think who you are. Lets just say that there was a difference of opinion and both parties involved ended up shaking hands a while later when they had both grown up a bit.

Park Royal Ben - How's it going? I was dressed up as a Freddie Star Adolf Hitler that day, never got chased out of the mention pub but I do rememer hitch hiking from the side of the road because the old bill would not let the coach into town that early. The winner of the fancy dress that day, had to be the guy who dressed up as a Bumble Bee (HE WAS A RA RA FAN, ENJOYING THE EXPLOITS OF A LITTLE CLUB - HA HA HA).

Bees Bhoy

Hello mate, I bought my ticket for the coach off you, also went to Preston away with you and a few of your mates in a little mini-bus.

My mate doesn't go anymore, in truth I always dragged him along.

Good times though.
