Highly unlikely! You're not good enough.![]()
The Indian tour was fine this year as they were beating us
The first Test they escaped with a draw in a game that we were on top of. They won the second Test, which was close until one of those crazy sessions only England have and we won the Third Test to draw the series. I know quite a lot about that series as I was there for the second and third Tests. It's fantastic Spiderbee - I'm just hoping they play in Calcutta next time around. I'll definitely be there.I have always wanted to watch a test match in India and, last week, I was invited over with free flights accomodation, board and hospitality tickets etc in November 2008 by an Indian member of our club!![]()
I'm looking at going to two or three of the Tests in Sri Lanka this November.Spiderbee said:I would have no problem watching cricket in Pakistan and Sri Lanka either!![]()

because the Pakistan cricket team lose a game.![]()
There has always been a bad odour following this lot around but the cancer of cricket and indeed the Muslim ideal that seems to be kill if crossed has really come to town.
Escobar and Woolmer RIP as your deaths are both outrages.
Killed for losing a game! How the feck do his family carry on from here and does anyone else fancy that job?![]()
Houses being burnt, Pakistani cricket shirts being burnt and don't come home as you have disgraced the nation being said! I know death to the infidels will solve this.![]()
Should we continue to play sport against the third world where we always have problems?
Can we not concentrate on the tours (cricket) to OZ, NZ, WI and SA where the cricket is good and their gods are not likely to be offended by us?![]()
The Indian tour was fine this year as they were beating us and the Pakistan team managed to stay on the pitch. Even the tour when we beat them they were trying all they could to get off for bad light as Thorpe was trying to win the series. Ball tampering, over zealous and embarrassing appeals and notes written on paper apologising to umpires are only a few of the problems over the years and if you add the crowd trouble that you get over there and at the Oval when the Pakistan team are in full swing then you have a horrible little problem. I hope Ahktar and his mate are that badly injured and that the drugs pass through their bodies before the next test.

I'll do my best mate.Fundamentalism - a point of view characterised by a return to fundamental principles, by rigid adherence to those principles, and often by intolerance of other views.
Have a good weekend NB.![]()

There's no denying that Indian cricket fans are excitable, but the only time they caused any trouble that I saw was when they were severely and repeatedly provoked by two drunken English idiots in Burberry baseball caps.
By the way. Anyone up for Scotland v England 1 dayer June 2008???rofl![]()

but the more I read the less certain I became. For the sake of the game, amore importantly for Woolmer's family, I hope they get to the bottom of this.

Last time I watched Scotland, their best bowler was a ecstasy-taking Asian bloke....
I would guess that 90% of us thought Leroy was an arse and that McLaren is a joke but would we want them dead?
The news of poison found in his body is the bit that intrigues me.
That suggests it has been set up for a while, if you're going to break someone's neck you don't poison them at the same time, that must have happened beforehand.
For the sake of the game, amore importantly for Woolmer's family, I hope they get to the bottom of this.
Some breaking news on Sky a while ago is that according to the Cricket board "no Pakistan cricketers are suspected of the murder."
Interesting that they felt the need to assure everyone of that.
Why did you stay there the second time then?I stayed at that particular hotel twice before, was horrible

doubt Inzi could have done it... someone would have seen him run out...
So they weren't losing then, thanks for the confirmation as when they lose they throw seats and stuff at players on the pitch.![]()
Cricket is life and death in Asia and sadly this won't be the last cricket related death from that region.
Why did you stay there the second time then?![]()
Like English football hooligans for example.
Be honest, when was the last time you saw anyone in England throw a seat at a player??
Face it all nations have their nutters, some more than others
Cricket has been banned in Pakistan and all cricketers are being encouraged to take up bobsleighing.

They're saying it wasn't even murder now![]()

Where have you read that? It's doesn't appear in any news reports.![]()
KINGSTON, Jamaica
Breaking News........
In what may be a major breakthrough, Jamaican police investigating the
murder of Pakistan cricket coach Bob Woolmer at the World Cup have today
released a picture of a man heard shouting "Woolmer!" whilst beating on
Woolmer's door.
Police hope with the release of the photo a member of the public may
recognise the suspect.
