Surely varied posts make this site what it is. One person's boring is another's interesting read. If it's boring to someone, just read past it or ignore the thread? I can't see the harm or the need to delete, because one individual decides no-one else will find it interesting.

I may have been guilty in the past of over-posting on a thread or two (and am unable to post on one particular thread for a reason that doesn't break the GPG CoC). I'm sure someone will tell me if I overstep the mark or become a bore though.

I see lots of posts that bore me, others that annoy me and some very repetitive ones. However, others' interpretation of those very same post will be totally different.

If you’re going to attempt to use Greek on the GPG whilst complaining about the consescenders at least get it right please. It’s ‘hoi polloi’. And strictly speaking you don’t need to use ‘the’ in front of the phrase ‘hoi’ as it means ‘the’ in the original.

Banana wouldn’t have made this schoolboy error.

Happy to help on both the condescending and sycophant fronts ?

You can’t go wrong on a thread like this. If your post is deemed to be boring, then it complies with the thread title. If you’re commenting on boring posts but regaling us all at the same time, I’d have thought that’s fine too.
As for your Christmas cracker joke quiz thread, ………the less said the better.
By the way, I had an egg for breakfast this morning. What did you have?

You just accept that it’s a great forum and if you upset them and get any sort of ban you swallow it and take your medicine or leave.
It’s the owners ball and if you want to join in you do what you’re told and just bite your tongue or post and take the consequences.

If you don’t want a ban, like his posts, thank him a lot, post about wildlife you’ve seen, films, Covid etc.
Please try and avoid having an opinion about the performances, players, transfer targets or trouble at games, it doesn’t land well with a football fans forum ?
