This unbeaten run is for me a bit like a game of Jenga when it comes to predictions, every game added makes it feel like I’m going to topple the lot by pulling a brick to predict it carrying on. So no prediction from me. Particularly as on the pitch we’ve been playing the opposite of Jenga and looking both more solid defensively and potent in attack each game.

My usual forensic, although mostly incorrect, analysis is failing to function for this one. This could easily turn out the same as when we last played them and we won comfortably or it could be a bit like the Boxing Day game when Ipswich did us over a few years ago. Their manager may know the club and the players but does he have the tactics? I think they will offer a real attacking threat but, if scores are level after an hour, we will go on to win, 1-0 (Canos) but hard to call this one.

With them having an 11 day rest it will be tough. Tindall said that no Mepham and Danjuma which helps. Saw an interesting stat that in all comps our head to head v Muff is W 41, L 38 and drew 31. I wonder with 110 games are they the team we have played the most?

A lot of unexpected results tonight in the Championship, all of which helped us one way or another.

So a win v Bournemenouth could propel us into the top 2, depending on Swansea, but also put us within 3 points of Norwich.

So even more opportunity for climbing the table, and distancing ourselves from 7th place, has developed with tonight’s results!
