Chisora should have retired years ago but just chasing the money. Looking forward to Canelo battering BJS next week personally.

Boxing

How does Chisora still headline PPVs the guy is and has never been close to a top level heavyweight- would never pay money to watch him fight
Agreed as to him not being world class but some of his fights have been epic. Whyte & Takam to name two in the recent past.

Two bang average heavyweights reflected in my decision to watch this via IPTV rather than giving Sky and Hearn £20.

Boxing

A decent enough fight but lacking in any real drama or quality. One of those scorecards that reminds you boxing’s needs an overhaul of it’s scoring system however. No particular injustice in Parker winning but it’s just too old skool.

Chisora's best 'fight' moment.

Boxing

Chisora loses again shock horror and then makes excuses why he should carry on. Do yourself a favour and retire before it catches up with you in later life.

Boxing

Canelo proving why he is pound for pound king. Vicious power just as Billy Joe Saunders was turning the fight.
Nasty injury though which he might struggle to get back from.

Boxing

Watched it and BJS to his credit was giving him problems until the punch that did the damage. Was never going to win though as the judges scorecards had Canelo 4 rounds up when he retired which was ridiculous.

I thought that scoring was spot on.

Boxing

Thought the DAZN commentary was quite clearly playing up to the story of it being a test, so any punches thrown on Canelos arms they seemed to give praise to BJS and give him a round because he was doing better then expected. 78-74. Gave BJS 5th and just shaded him 7th... Canelo is classssss

I had him winning the first as well and close 6th

Superb close fight as Josh Taylor makes history to become a 4 belt world boxing champion. Incredible record of late, has beaten high calibre unbeaten fighters in his last four or five fights

Even more impressive when you look at how few undisputed world champions there have been in the ‘4 belt’ era.

Boxing

5 now - and done it 18 fights. Think it would be a bad idea to move up to fight Crawford though
Interestingly, the combined record of last five fighters he's beat 136-1 and that defeat was against Terence Crawford.
There's Teofimo Lopez, Devin Haney and Gervonta Davies will be names pushed to face him from Lightweight as US promtions will be dying to dethrone him.
The other option is a few testers at 147 and then Crawford bout maybe

Boxing

AJ loses to Usyk on points.
Usyk fully deserved the win, AJ just didn’t seem to be quite with it right from the 1st bell.

Boxing

Not convinced it was as clearcut as those scorecards but a poor performance from Joshua tonight. Looked to me like he can't afford to take too many more whacks to the head either....

Boxing

Not sure AJ can come back from this like he did with Ruiz?

But at the same time seems unlikely he would retire off the back of it?

Boxing

Joshua was always more hype than actual boxing prowess..whilst the Klitscow fight will be his crowning moment that 5th round hurt him, from that moment his tactics were more about not getting hurt rather being on the front foot and being the aggressor

Usyk looked well surprised, but he thoroughly deserved his win and will be very difficult to beat.
He will be a good champion.
AJ looked all over the place and was saved by the bell.
I watched it from round 5 and where was AJ?
He didn't look right and was getting out boxed and out thought.
I am not too sure he will bounce back from this and a rematch could signal the end of his career unless he wins of course.
The big fight with Fury has gone.

Usyk was taking the fight too him and winning those rounds.
AJ had no answer and neither did his corner.

Boxing

Usyk v Fury would be interesting- think he would give him real problems and unlikely to be troubled by Furys power

The commentary at times was trying to make it closer than it was, Usyk was a clear 3 or 4 rounds ahead.

Only listened to the last 3 or 4 rounds, on the radio, and they had Usyk well ahead.

AJ is basically Frank Bruno without the punching power.
Frank would have unified this dismal heavyweight division.

Boxing

Enjoyed the fight, always knew it would be fascinating… Ruiz has stole AJs soul. He overthinks too much now. Use your attributes (size and power) and chuck, if you get clipped first so be it. Was never going to outbox Usyk who is a generational talent. Joshua is a tough guy and he has the balls to take on everyone, could have avoided this mandatory like another British World champ has done so often. If Thomas Frank was his coach he wouldn’t be tippy tapping out the back so to speak…

Boxing

Again. He never got himself up for it. Too busy counting. I reckon he retires. Don't blame him. He lost against a very good fighter.

No way, Fury would outclass Frank. I think Wilder would have caused Bruno problems as well.

Bruno v AJ, not much in it in my opinion but I would back Bruno....just.

Spot on, AJ's asset is power but he seems reluctant to really let fly now. He needs to be looking to get opponents gone in 6-7 max by throwing some big hits. He will never out point a proper boxer like Usyk and Fury.

Boxing

No need for Fury vs Joshua now, its clear who would win and wouldn't be the spectacle I thought it would

Boxing

Joshua was very robotic, flat footed whilst his corner kept shouting brilliant and great feet every 10 seconds :/

Boxing

Fury v Wilder just finished

No spoilers from me.

Wow.

Boxing

Proper toe to toe from 2 great heavyweight champions. Have to be looking at belt unification next.
