That presumably explains why he might have gone to Wimbledon?

Nice bloke, just one thing though......watch out Akinde is coming.
To have come on in that game and done that with your first touch must have been devastating after waiting so long for some time on the pitch! Decent player who will be superb in that division as he is much better than that.

It might be my imagination but he seemed part of the Poole, Newton and Smith brigade who didn't seem to fit into AS's plans. I know Newton played a lot of games but he always seemed to begrudginly put in the side.

With that way AFC have gone through the leagues he could be back in league football very soon. I hope he is i really liked him a was sad to see him go but he never had a vital role in the team so it wasn't a great surprise.
