Very sad news sat with Brian and his family in the paddock for many years up until we moved.Will be missed by so many Bees fans
who have known him for most of their lives.Codolences to his wonderful family Mandy Dean and Donna who have known this day was coming but must be still devastate.R.I.P Brian been a privilege knowing you x

Rip Brian, condolences to family and friends, very sad news and another one of ours who will be sadly missed. Always enjoyed the banter pre games in the Griffin and later in the Inverness..Will raise a glass of whiskey to you tonight Brain.

Such sad sad news,I’ve known Brian since my time as an apprentice at CAV in Acton in the late 70’s.He immediately took me under his wing when he learnt of our mutual love of the Bees.He was just one of those blokes that everyone loved.From our time sat at the big round table in Stripes to the Griff and then latterly in the Invo if Little Legs was there you were knew that you would be having a giggle.From necking anyones beer who was stupid enough to leave it within arms length or the ordering of a cheeky large Gold watch out of the kitty…Brian’s kids Donna and Dean and his lovely missus Mandy are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and I can give Brian no bigger compliment than myself as a young Dad trying to replicate the way I saw Brian bring up his kids with my own little un’s as you could see that he wasn’t just there Dad but he was there mate and that they loved being with him…Brian’s passing is going to leave a massive hole in a lot of lives,you will be missed so much my friend.You have been a huge part of my life and for that i will be forever grateful.Sleep tight Little Legs XXX

Really shocked to hear this news. We all associate memories of people with certain spots at Griffin Park, and I see Brian standing chatting outside the entrance to the club/bar immediately after games.

Really sad to read. One of the faces in the paddock. It’s funny what you remember about people, regardless of how cold it was he always had his coat undone and just a (usually checkered) shirt on underneath, I always felt cold just looking at him. I didn’t know him really but he always said hello, the sign of a thoroughly decent person. RIP Brian.

Really sad to hear this news. I remember Brian for almost as long as I remember going to Brentford and he’d always make a point of saying hello whenever we saw each other in the Braemar forecourt. Sincere condolences to his friends and family.

Never knew him personally but there was always a nod of the head in acknowledgement. So sad to hear of all the recent passings of so many Bees fans in such a short period of time, and the majority of who had seen everything you could experience as a Bees fan. I recall of of them from the 70s and 80s when the best the way you could describe Brentford was mediocre therefore thankfully the majority of them have seen us in the Premier. RIP Brian

I was very privileged to have known Brian For so many years always a great time in his company from the famous round table drinking and discussion crew in stripes, to the recent inverness table just inside the front door. Will miss this guy tremendously Not being in our round anymore with his warm pride and large whiskey shout no more.Condolences to Mandy Donna and Delano .loved his betting tips lol sleep well mate R I P Little Legs
