As a category B game, tickets go on sale to all members at the same time, so in theory it could be sold out that day.

So no Taps considered, fastest finger wins. So I've got the same chance (950 Taps) as a Brighton fan who just buys a membership?

I'm sure there are enough tickets for all members that want one.

Yes, that is how all category B home games will be sold per the clubs ticketing announcement. I reckon they don't expect these to be gone in a flash. But if you want your favourite seat you obviously have more possible competition for it.

..........more good news...........and no singing those horrible songs to the Brighton fans................

And obviously, if you don't want to pay more than £35 (adults) you might want to buy a category B ticket before those are gone too.

200 Tickets will be available from the Stadium Box Office only.

How does this work

Do they have one block printed off and not available online

And how can I prove I am a member as I have no card ??

Brighton (H)

And will the wonderful website have a holding area while we all wait

Or will it just crash and not be able to cope

Brighton (H)

Kew Bridge Station could be a bit messy for this game, with a majority of Brighton fans I should think coming by train.

Yes, they always keep tickets back for personal callers and special cases.

Usually together.

Membership packs will be posted soon.

I doubt many, if any, Brighton fans have bought a membership.

You go to the box office, ask for a ticket, they look your name up and you pay by card.
You'll be offered an available seat, probably in the West or East Stands.

Purchased as well, areas to select in the ground seemed to be going fast, although that could just be system issues.

Brighton (H)

Unless the club are holding back a lot more tickets, these have gone much quicker than I expected

Got my Ticket for FGR last week in the South Stand with no problems at all, Just got my BHA ticket in the North Stand, again with no problem at all, it seems as if they have sorted out the previous problems with the ticketing site, Well done.

Just walk back to Brentford and surprise them when train gets to KB. :sorted:

Order didn't go through. Stuck on 'in progress'. When I go to buy another one it says I already have one. Shame

Super chuffed was able to secure dad a ticket frantically refreshing on my phone for a West Stand ticket for him. Since he has been able to attend games again (5yr absence caring for my mum who passed in April) his mental health has sky rocketed!

It's only League cup game tomorrow but he hasn't shut up about it since we got tickets for it lol I'm optimistic about securing him a Wolves ticket too. My best Brentford memories our my first away days with him.

Brighton (H)

Yes, very stressful. Whole sections seemed to have only 1 seat available and then go back out and that section vanishes.
I found a sections were unavailable and then available again. I guess it's people getting stuck with tickets in progress etc and then popping up again.

Over 10,000 people can all buy for (guessing) 3,000 seats

But not without the usual complications

Chrome at 1.59pm detected a security breach with the ticketing website so had to frantically download Firefox and hunt for my account login details.

Got in at 2.10pm and thankfully what looked like the final 2 adjacent seats in the ground still available in the northwest corner.

Progressed to the payment page having received a browser pop-up saying that these seats were now gone  and couldn't change one of the tickets to the required senior rate.

Payment completed and 2x adult tickets now downloaded, so looks like we're in , but more admin now for the poor ticket office staff to process my email request for a £10 refund for one overcharged ticket and to confirm that as per the mischievous pop-up that these seats have not been double booked.

?‍♂️

just logged back on as previously said none available and now have tickets again so i got my tickets now happy days
Its people saving tickets on the order screen then changing their mind or getting the orphan seat thing.
Never give up until the club say " sold out "

Brighton (H)

What’s the frigging orphan seat!!! Only wanted 1 seat but every set of 2 seats meant I wasn’t allowed otherwise I’d leave an orphan seat! Am I the only fan buying 1 seat???

Brighton (H)

It is really annoying...there needs to be an automated cut off point where it will let you buy one if there are only x amount of tickets left. Although I'm aware that might be a bit too much to ask from this system...

Stupid system. It will not let you leave one seat, but if you are only buying one and there are only pairs left what choice is there.

Nope I only brought one ticket. I anticipated that demand would be higher for Royal Oak, North and South stand so decided to purchase one for the East Stand. Went relatively smooth.

It offered Katie an alternative seat automatically

Ordered ticket, Block E115 printed at home, no probs all done in a few mins.

Presumably your choice of 1 seat, didn't have another empty 1 adjacent to it?
There's not many of those about...........
I was trying for a single seat in West Stand for Arsenal game but the only available were in 'pairs' so I kept getting directed to East Stand where the only individual seats were..........

It was in a group of 3 seats that was showing. Clicked on one (obviously not the middle one) and volla. I didn’t realise the issue of ‘pairing’ some have had until reading it today. I got my Arsenal ticket through the exchange.

I knew a few of them.
The FA Cup match when we lost 2-0 too.
I took a bit of stick over that game.

Brighton (H)

I think I got the last two seats available, unless it was glitching out, clicked on all the available stands and they were saying sold out and finally clicked one and saw two together.

I forgot they were on sale today until just now

Yeah, I guess 1 out of a group of 3 will be OK, as it doesn't leave an 'orphan'............

Brighton (H)

Looking Sold Out now on Seat Map..........

Brighton (H)

Don't do what we did and all 3 in F&f log in and start clicking on seats. People Greyed out and orders locked out for 30 mins. None of us could complete orders until they expired. Waited half hour all logged out and one person logged in and book 3 seats. Lesson learnt.

Looking Sold Out now on Seat Map..........
But it said that at around 14:45 today and I looked again 30 minutes later and it wasn’t sold out! (and subsequently got a ticket). It’s a very confusing ticketing system and the club could lose out of fans think it’s sold out when it’s not.

True, I probably didn’t deserve a ticket rocking up 2 and a half hours late when it looks like some thought it was sold out hours ago who were on time.

On the bright side, this is an indicator that every game this season will likely be a sell out. Probably to be expected but we didn’t know for sure

Brighton (H)

Announced as Sold Out barring in a limited number of in person tickets from the ticket office. Very much fastest finger first with this one, which isn't super friendly to those not able to be around on a monday afternoon to purchase tickets, but it is what it is
