Brighton v Forest

[North London Bee]

Brighton started slowly but have so much talent and strength in depth. Murray is a presence up front and Knockaert unstoppable at times. Forest had a tricky winger in Burke and a useless big lump up front. Lansbury sleptwalked through the game and the right back Pereira played like a winger an wound everybody up.

Paterson came on late on and did very little on the left and looked very lightweight.

We have enough about us to win on Tuesday if we run at Forest and put them under pressure.

Brighton were lucky to be around the top 2 last Christmas, playing as a solid outfit who were well-organised and ground out draws when they were second best. Since January though they've brought in some top players and it's transformed them into a very good side - the likes of Knockaert, Skalak, Wilson (last season) and Murray (this season).

Makes you wonder how things went so bad under Hyypia. No surprise that he didn't last long at his next job at FC Zurich either!

Forest defence looks dodgy. Manciene is not a centre back as he seemed to be playing there last night. Hopefully we can capitalise on Tues.

I watched Forests opening game vs Burton while away and thought they very lucky as 1-2 down at home looking beaten before some dreadful defending/keeping gave them the chance to claw back to a 4-3 win.
