BU Board vote of no confidence

How easy is it for members to enforce an EGM with a vote of no confidence in these people?

As said elsewhere, too many of us have buried heads in the sand for too long and it's time action was taken.

From the BU constitution:

32. All general meetings other than annual general meetings are called special general meetings and are to be convened by the Secretary either:

a. by order of the Society Board; or

b. if a written requisition signed (except where these Rules say otherwise) by not less than 20 members or 10% of the membership, whichever is the higher, is delivered to the Society’s registered office. The requisition must state the purpose for which the meeting is to be convened. If the Secretary is not within the United Kingdom or is unwilling to convene a general meeting any Society Board member may call a general meeting.

Hmm, re-reading the constitution there is a section stating that members can be expelled on a 2/3rds vote at a meeting.

Funny what a lack of sleep can do to a man isn't it? I'm now so ****ed off with this affair and the people involved I'm at the point of returning my season ticket and spending the rest of my life in denial of ever being a Brentford supporter.

It makes a complete mockery of the whole situation Brentford is in.

It is clear that the current board have no greater clue than the parasite they took over from. We are still being treated like thick pratts.

We have fans that have walked to Wycombe and now walking to Hartlepool, we fundraisng events organised by fans in their own time, we have fans who shake buckets week in week out to raise a few valuable £s to keep BFC going to the end of the season, yet we get treated like this.

The lack of consideration and the contempt that the fans seems to be held in is appaling.

I have a season ticket and so does my son, they will not go back, I am a Brentford supporter and will remain so until I am put in the round, however, I am also a BU member with a standing order, so you have my vote.

The standing order will be cancelled this week. I am sick to death of the way the supporters run club treats its supporters.
