Arriving at 14.28? You do realise you still have to get another train to Bury after you get to Manchester and it is also a 20 or so minute walk to the ground from there?

Think the Tram ride from Manchester to Bury is half an hour and then just over half a mile walk to the ground

I think you have to bring your own children ,doubt if they are provided . Most people play cards or get stuck to the window
