BuzzBox to replace iFollow

Brentford are setting up their own streaming and content platform, BuzzBox. This will replace the iFollow service from previous years. It'll be like-for-like but supposedly with more content.

They've chosen StreamAMG to provide the technology sat behind it. They have quite a few customers in the sports industry.

not keen on the name - very early 1990s eg Boogie Box

but look forward to the audio commentaries - hopefully with the same excellent on air team.

I think BuzzBox sounds like a children's content section.
It would be much better to have just called it Brentford FC TV or BeesTV or whatever.

Oh well.

Not really bothered what it's called, as long as the content is good.

I thought top flight games were supposed to be drug free now we have got into bed with buzz box… seems completely contradictory

Never mind the name, are we able to stream this with ‘live’ pictures or just audio for those of us that can’t get to or afford away games?

No, broadcast deals prevent that. Unless you live in a country without an EPL broadcast deal (is there one?)

So... any news on this? Less than 48 hours until our first game of the season and not a peep about how commentary will be provided this year?

"Via BuzzBox, we will continue to provide audio commentary across all Premier League games. As with the EFL iFollow service, there will be the option to do this on a season-long or match-by-match basis.​

The new streaming service will enable us to cover First Team friendlies, and more B Team and Women’s team fixtures than we were able to do previously. There will be a range of subscription options available and all prices will remain as they were during the 2021/22 season.

Audio streaming is also available as a benefit to 2022/23 Members and Season Ticket Holders. There will be a free trial period at the start of the season to allow all fans to try the new service."

Anyone know how we log on please?

Or perhaps during the free trial we don't log on, just go to the page and press "play"?

Last year following info I went over to BingSports.com , you have to pay, not silly amount .They have todays game listed .I think I had to Google it to get in first
