Good luck, big fella! I wasn't overly impressed with you at the start of last season, but, once you got your fitness levels up, you showed what you could do in the latter half of 09/10 and your ability (when fully fit) will definitely be sorely missed.

There were originally reports that he would be fit for january. when no obvious improvement came by that point the club - and carl- probably agreed that enough was enough. Don't think it's strange at all.
