I thought it was a local school competition... wasn't it?
I really don't know! It just looks like a school kid's job. I remember thinking WTF when I first saw it.Wasn't that the centenary in 1989?
So fortress Brentford seem quite positive as to 21 home wins, now any idea when was the two building in Gunnersbury built ?? Maybe Hounslow council next stop as syon was built long before 1929
That centenary badge was woeful!
and people whinge about the four-legged Bee on the current badge!!!!
1975.
Wasn’t based on anything or any building.
Allegedly Dan Tana “designed” the badge.
The Squad Photo with the new badge. (Still trying to find the article on the "new badge" from 1975........looking :looks

Wow look at those shirts without sponsor names and badges. How great do they look.
From googling, it must be Paul Priddy, with Bill Glazier the gk next to him.Blimey the Goalie on the left looks about 14. I don't remember him at all.

Neither is Priddy. I think it is Cox and Glazier. Priddy was tall and skinny. Glazier only played about 10 games and then f**ked off.
