Thanks to Alan, David, John and Eddie. You have seen us through some pretty difficult years. What will the role of Associate Director entail?

They have al put there money where their mouths are,Alan Bird skills as a financial doctor got the club out of an almighty mess after the club was put in the hands of good intentional people who were our of their depth all done for nothing and giving the club £250k interest free for many years superb display of support.Eddie Rogers got a lot of stick through the miss information about being Noades stooge he has proved that he is a proper bees fan as travelling fans have seen him at many away games.John Hertings support through loans and sponsorships over many years can not be understated and David working free of charge clearing up the mess left by incompetent fool before him.Hope they can all sit back and enjoy the new era at the club.

A very grateful thanks to all four for ensuring we still have a club to support.

Personally I would like to give special thanks to Alan and David for spending hours sorting out messes left around them and working tirelessly (and freely) to steer the club in the right direction.

A masssive thank you to you all. You have been superb for Brentfrod and worked selflessly to get Brentford to a level many of us didn't expect to get too.

Well done to you all, the debt we all owe these guys must never be forgotten, without their tireless work and time our club would have been in a sorry state and we might not have had a club to support, I hope that you can all now sit back and enjoy everything you have worked very hard for, Thank You

Exactly my thoughts. Couldn't have put it better.

This is a massive change, and losing both abee and Bee H, I think, is an unwise move. At least, I would have thought that one of the two should be retained, such is their knowledge of the football club.
I have no idea of the intention, no idea of the consequence, but Cliff has only been Chairman for a short time, and is driving alot of changes, very quickly.
Of course, if it was their intention to leave the board, then fair enough, but I would have done everything possible to retain one of their services.

Associate Director (Russia)

They're still around and also have the title "Associate Director", which is a thank you for all their input in the last 10 years or so, so if their knowledge is needed for anything, they're only a call away. As they've all had their loans repaid, it wasn't a surprise to see them leave the board as Directors. Although they leave with a huge thanks and a lot of gratitude.

I left a likes your post under Bill Benn's post, but these guys deserve better than that. Thank you so much gentlemen that I still have a club to support. Especially Alan Bird & David Heath. True bees.

Thank You always seems such a understandment in this type of situation, but it's a thank you from the bottom of our hearts from all long standing bees fans who know how close we came to being a footnote, and how tough things were when buckets were being rattled to keep the wolves from the door. Please take a special joy from our current set up and all of next season in the promised land.

For Gawds sake Alan, tell him you're too busy to spend a lazy day fishing if invited. Trust me, I was that close to buying a Bivvy and then a dear friend told me it was all kicking off on the riverbank!

My thoughts too. If not possible for the new stands how about the lounges that are due to go in at Lionel Road - i.e. The Alan Bird Lounge etc?
Well done to all four. Nobody could have done more for the club than you did, and hopefully you read all of this thread and can see how us
supporters have truly appreciated everything you have done. Long may you grace your presence at GP and LR as Associate Directors.
