Now get him to talk to J K and convince he needs to stay and sign a similar contract and point out to him this will let him pay back to the Bees for the chance to make it in League Football by getting a decent transfer fee. Actually that applies to both of them
So you're a sports psychologist as well!Footballers mindsets are normally trained so they feel they don't owe anyone anything. For every Jay Tabb there are fifty Adam Griffiths in that respect.
superb news
but he needs to be played down the middle
his talents are wasted on the wing
find him the right partner up front
and we might worry a few division 4 defences
Good news for both parties..even though I rate him highly, he is no way near the finished article but could make it big.. He is sensible to serve his apprentiship at Brentford rather than making the mistake and moving to a higher level too quickly..
Don't lets put too much pressure on him though..he shone in a very poor side last season..
Excellent post. Young charlie is still learning but it's wonderful news for the club and the supporters.. Could be our 1st £1,000,000 player, as we all know if he turns out to be hot property, Dyke will let him go to the 1st serious offer
