Sounds like he should be kept on the field of play, but playing more up front.

After the first 30 minutes and being 3-0 down, I'm grateful we buckled down in the second half and didn't lose by a margin more than our record defeat in history (7-0 at Walsall)

it was going to be which ever way you looked at it. No money. Light squad. few experienced players. key players out.

The problem is pretty obviously the paper-thin squad we have.. It was always going to be difficult but injuries to key players have really exposed us. We desperately need key players like KOC, Oli and Framps back asap. Hopefully one thing that Leroy may well have learned from this is that we really do need some decent back up in central midfield as we're never going to last a season without Oli and Pinault missing a few games..

To be fair to Leroy, I think with our full first team we're a high-mid table side who could sneak into the play-offs with a good run at the end of the season. Unfortunately he's discovered what MA found last season in that our youngsters just arent up to it as yet and need to be playing regular reserve games or games out on loan and not learning their trade in our first team...

We all knew this was going to be a tough season and despite the last couple of results, Leroy's shown enough for me to think it won't be as disastrous as some would like to make out..
