As requested Mr Banana, we'll carry on this conversation on this topic. And yes, 24 minutes is too slow!!! Sorry, I'm avery demanding person, as I have my own company, with nearly 30 employees, so yes, I'm very demanding.

I apologise. Still, a classifieds section would be really good for the Brentford community. Swapping trades, skills, etc, would really help everyone. Let me know your thoughts.

but isn't this more about the exchange of people's contacts, and about doing business with fellow bees rather than outsiders? As Leicester Bee says above, he coulda done with some office furniture!

the advertising rule is surely (i assume!) to stop us getting spammed by random companies - what leicester bee suggests is different.

we can also use it to help people job-hunting etc (tho god knows why anyone on here would wanna employ sweepy )

Yeah I realise that, so sometihng would have to be arranged.

Maybe in order to stop spamming and stuff, could that forum be set up so that only people with more than, say, 20 posts can post in it? I think this is possible with vBulletin software.

I think this is a great idea and also the regulation that you must have posted a few posts before youadvertise is also the way forward.
