· Brentford FC box office (Tuesday 27 August, 9.30am-5.30pm until Wednesday 28 August, 12pm)

· JobServe Community Stadium - Ticket office (next to club shop) (Wednesday 28 August, 6pm until HT)

What a joke! The ticket office should be open on Tuesday until the evening, not close at 5pm. Some people do work, you know? Shambolic… again!

Think they just took online sales down this afternoon to ensure they could post them all out on time... Obviously that's worked out.
(Colchester just trying to drum up walk-up trade?)

Promises to be fun on the night, especially if anyone is planning on having a drink in town and strolling to the ground for 7:30. A few years ago, I think it was a Christmas game, Boxing Day maybe, I had to collect my ticket at the ground and the queue was so long and slow I missed the first 15 minutes, even though I’d arrived in loads of time.

I called Colchester and they have confirmed no pay on the day.

I just bought a ticket on the phone from the club.

BUT NO TICKETS ARE BEING POSTED OUT

You have to collect your ticket from the Gtech or from Colchester. So 300 people are collecting their tickets tomorrow evening

This is because Colchester didn't send the tickets to Brentford until Friday just gone.

Well if anyone wants to pick my ticket up,it will bee there and free.
Bought ticket, went to book train,it is only 85 miles, I would get home at 06:30 next morning!
Or, would have to leave half time to get home at 3am!!!
I dont do football and drive, unless staying over and that is not an option after doing 3 nights in B/Pool, say's Mrs Lush.

See you all Saturday.

Did he phone Colchester or our ticket office? Our office told me it was members only for tickets and no pay on day which if true means my 10 year old grandson is going to be very upset.

Pathetic, absolutely pathetic. The club should feel ashamed. Not that they will of course.

I bought from our box office at about 11am this morning for collection to Colu...

Apparently you can buy a ticket from there club shop, using a ticket machine, but remember to click home or away ??

Took 2 mins for a member of BFC ticketing office to look up my ticket on his laptop. MADNESS

Why not print out a list of people that have bought tickets. A-D, E-K, L-R, S-Z and cross out those handed out.

I'm glad I was there an hour beforehand.

Did anyone miss kick-off due to this madness?

Just bumping this as I've just realised I never got the £1.25 postage fee re-credited to my account when we had to pick them up from Colchester. Small beer I know but wondered if anyone had recieved theirs or has it just been forgotten about. Given the absolute hoo-hah around this I think I want the credit out of principle!
