No way is it going to be over 6,000.

I hope I'm wrong.

It will be because us blokes will be longing to get out of the house after Christmas Day, and what other excuse have we got than go to see our favourite team. 6000+ definite TW3Bee - you see if i'm not right:sorted:

Crowd v B'muff

Would be nice but can see us getting much over the 5000 mark, both teams in the bottom division, Bees 3rd but not scoring loads of goals and therefore not overly attractive to watch, Muff struggling to stay in the league, lousy transport and all with hangovers.

Crowd v B'muff

6,950. No Bournemouth fans.
Bees go second.

Crowd v B'muff

Much as I would hope for more, can't see it being higher than 5500

Crowd v B'muff

unless you people all think the crowd numbers will swell just because i'll be there, you're being very optimistic...

sub-5000 and lots of moaning on here on Saturday (when we all recover from our hangovers :D)

There is no way on Earth it will be less than 5000, i bet you 20 quid.

Crowd v B'muff

i agree with "Nick Logan". people want to do anything to get out of being at home with horrible relatives at christmas so BFC is slightly less unappealling to the fairweathers than usual.

i'd love to, but i really don't have that much money!! :D
but you can have an authentic Mr Tree apology come Saturday if you like - they're collectors items, gotta be worth a few bob!

Forgot you are at home for Christmas. Enjoy the game and bring the Bees the same luck as I did against Bradford, with one of my rare appearances.:sorted:

Ambrose are you sober??????, 6010 ,muffs away 22

Crowd v B'muff

4674 (678 of them!)

You seriously think in your heart of hearts that there will only be 3996 Bees fans ?

Merry Christmas all the same.

Crowd v B'muff

Merry Xmas petal rose.

Crowd v B'muff

6450...biggest of the division. Little bit surprised by that.

We seemed to have added about 1500 more than normal for the day...

Well surprised by the attendance today, even B Block was packed, a little dissappointed by the turnout from AFCB, they normally pack out the away end.

If we can get crowds like that, all be it for a Holiday fixture, it bodes well for the local games, Wycombe, Aldersh!t and Loo Town later in the season, for which we should be able to get 7,000 or 8,000.

Crowd v B'muff

Great turn out today, just fear it was a one off xmas holiday turn up by the extra 1500ish who turned up, lets hope the result will get them back next home game.

if we stay there or there abouts , watch the last half a dozen home matches, it will be 6/7000 every week and LUTON could well be a full house

Crowd v B'muff

Yes a good attendance, but unfortunately we will probably lose the extra 1500/1700 until the season comes to a defining point. Sad really as this type of regular attendance would very much help the financial situation.

The problem is that we are not an attractive side to watch, but are basically a well organised bunch of grafters. But hey after the previous two seasons shambles, I will accept that. Promotion must be the holy grail this time round.

Crowd v B'muff

what was the reason for our crowd increase? could it possibly be all the fans who were getting stick about 'your not going out its boxing day'came with their other halves to shut them up.(i'm lucky the old woman hates footie)
