It shows how far we've come that we're classing possible 7k crowds for League Two as 'dissapointing'. The Wycombe game was a one off, only the Luton game will come anywhere near.

At last some sense. We only had 7000 against Exeter last time we were in this league for the game that put us up.

Why would you want to " wait until the end of the season " The team needs support now to get over the line.

Another couple of wins over the last few weeks and some of us old 'uns might of been reminiscing about the day we clinched promotion from Div 4 at home to Exeter in 1972. Bobby Ross penalty. Remember going home as a 10 year old with a piece of the penalty spot as a souvenir after a promotion celebrating pitch invasion.....

Gate was about 13000 as I remember. Was anybody there ???

I was there, I had just started my first job after leaving school. Wasn't it mathematically certain before the game?

Are you for real I am spending hundreds of pounds and will be travelling over a thousand miles plus and making the family come to Exeter and Bournemouth with me, There is only 2 things that take priority over the bank Holiday and that is Bees Bees only, then fit every thing else around that.

Exeter will bring loads; it's their biggest game of the season so far, many will make the relatively easy trip up as it's one of their closest away games, it's easter weekend as well which will add some more travelling farmers.
I wouldn't even rule out some of them getting locked out

For those who believe we will be poorly attended on saturday, you are gravely wide of the mark. We took 1000 to barnet in november, making up 50% of the crowd, for a game of this magnitude on easter weekend, we expect 1400+.

This game is massive, and everyone wants to be at Griffin Park, thats all thats been talked about at my work this week, how are we getting to London?

Like someone correctly stated earlier in this thread, City have a large following in the south-east, and with them and the rest of us coming up from the country on our tractors, it should be quite noisey and colourful in the away end on saturday afternoon.

You've forgotten the 1965 cup run when we woz robbed by Burnley, so I'm expecting another 30,000+ crowd for the game against Exeter. We just need to knock down the Wendy house and rebuild the Royal Oak in time for Saturday. Up the Bees, the sleeping giant is about to awaken!!!

Yes, he laid the foundations for the team that Holder took us up with, and he certainly built a very good team indeed, as well as developing a great youth set up that produced the likes of Marcus Gayle etc.
And, yes, ChinaBee, that was a great FA Cup run.The win at Blackburn is right up there as one of my happiest days.
