Yes Darlington have been promoted from "Step 9"

Step 5 is Conference
Step 6 in Conference North
Step 7 is Northern Premier league (Like the Ryman Premier)
Step 8 is Northern Premier League Division 1 North
Step 9 was the League they have just won
