Great scheduling Darts at GTech 6th Feb and we are due to play Newcastle 7th Feb.
I would of liked to go to Darts but beating Wissa’s Magpies away cannot be missed.

The game might be moved. I thought for a moment that we were putting a gig on!

We don't know when the Newcastle match will be. It could be Sunday or Monday.

My point is why not have darts when we have a home match scheduled that weekend
Because the match could then be scheduled by tv to play on the same day as the game and then the darts would have to be postponed. That’s exactly the reason why they’ve done it when we’re away.

Then they could have switched the darts . The fans should be first consideration as would of been the case when ours was the most important income stream.

But our fans would go to the darts as well. It’s perfectly logical to schedule it while we have an away game.

Decent line-up and Dobey is a huge Newcastle fan which could make it interesting.

£55 for the cheapest ticket is steep though - I pay less than that for Premier League finals night.

You can't beat a bit of bully , none of the elite players on show , at £55 sobs not for me

James Wade has been the second best player in the PDC this year.
Yes he has won tournaments of the years , very far and few , bit like our trophy cabinet,
Ranking is done on yearly income , so all the quater/ semi finals he reaches add up

He’s won loads of major titles over the years, just not the worlds.

I’d definitely class him as elite, he’ll very likely be in the Premier League again next year.

I think wade will need a very good world tournament to secure a place in Premier
, if he goes out early rounds he will miss out again

Not necessarily because he’s only a few grand off the top 4 which will secure him a place automatically.
