To be fair, he was totally unfit when we got him and just getting fit when he went back. His terformances wre improving with his fitness levels.

I feel we didn't really get to see a good run of him, he was brought in to be a Gary Alex type player, but he left before he really got to show what he could do (or couldn't do). This signing would be slightly underwhelming though...

If fully fit then he is good on the ball with excellent movement but I don't really see him as being the answer to our needs.

Could see him at Wycombe if they sell Beavon. That's more his level.

We need to recruit an experienced centre forward - more Ricky Lambert than Gary Alexander - and we need a 'quick man' to play off him... but I don't think Clarkson showed us anything interesting.

Scored twice at Carlisle but one was an OG and set up the equaliser.
