David Pitt scored for Southall FC last night in a 4 3 win against Staines Lammas in the Middlesex Premier Cup Semi-Final.

They will play Hanworth Villa Reserves or Feltham in the final at North Greenford United FC.

This blokes Dad approached me out of the blue, during half time at a home game, about 5 years ago. He said he was David's dad and that David was going to be the next big thing. It seems his dad is as good at predicting the future as David is at football.

Funny you should say that his Dad spoke to me at Southalls game last tuesday and he was still kind of saying the same thing about David IM NOT JOKING. He said David is hoping to play abroad i think he said in Greece or Cyprus he is just at Southall FC to gain some match fitness his dad said.

He was always a bit of a billy bullsh*t then...I believe David was at Arsenal for a brief period and that is all he went on about.
He used to bend everyones ear in the betting shop in Hayes, including my Dad, about how his boy was going to be the next big thing...I think he lived a few roads up from me as well when growing up...
Seems he hasn't changed lol

Yeah nothing wrong with supporting your kid but he just kept repeating the same thing again and again. Seemed a nice happy bloke though.

Yep, he (Mr Pitt) saw me wearing my Brentford jacket the other day and began to tell me about David. So I typed his name in on here to see if there was any truth behind his story. Apparently he now plays in Cyprus at the minute...

I met his dad at a FA Youth cup match at Ebbsfleet ,they were playing Brentford a few years ago, he was bending my ears about how good David was.

David Pitt played the second half for Southall FC 3 Hanwell Town 3 pre - season game the other week and lets just say he has put on a few pounds and yes his dad was there and came up to me and said do you remember me and I said yes I do.
