Real shame, because although he couldn't head for sh*t, I thought he was good enough for this division, let alone the one below.

Shame I always thought he looked like a player with potential. The list of players released/ left last year who have flopped or gone downhill is getting strangely longer...............some kind of curse perhaps?

I also heard a rumour from a Wolves fan (so its probably b***ocks) that Ivar is going out on loan from Wolves to Brighton!!!

they wouldnt loan out ivar to another div 1 team would they? he is good enough to get into wolves defence anyway!

Ivar has only played midfield so far for Wolves.

Also Cant get into the team at present.

So Dave Jones hasn't played him in his ideal position, and now he is being sent to a rival club in the same division.

Interesting. I haven't looked at the Division One table recently, but I hope Wolves are not in any relegation trouble, otherwise they shouldn't be helping out rivals down there!

would love Ivar back, remember how long he took to gel in the team though.

Stupidf Dave Jones, the guy is clearly one of the best centre backs we have had for years possibly as far back as Millen and Evans, and they play him in midfield......

Youd dont know what your doing springs to mind I would have him back as soon as possible

Sad about Theobold, I think he would probably have stayed if he had been offered a contract, did well as cover when he was needed for the last 2 years, and was important in our LDV run 2 years ago.

I hope he gets a club, he's certainly good enough for 3rd Division at least.

Ivar to Brighton, makes sense to me. He'll shore up their defence and then go back to Wolves next season and hopefully get a chance at Centre Back, where he belongs.

He might even keep them up. rofl :D rofl

Theobald came in and the ipswich fans were upset because they thought he was the new "alan hansen"

Personally I thought he was far too slow, couldn't head for a bloke over 6 foot tall and he also couldn't kick a ball so always gave it away.
He seemed very nervous and totally overawed by it all imo.
Best of luck, but he clearly wasn't up to professional standards!
